I have never had a problem with any of the products. With that said, I think all the haters will be pleasantly surprised with NIS 2007.4, NIS 2008 (I am a beta tester), and Antibot (was a beta tester). Very few processes are now used. Works only when other things are boosting it to run and drags everything to the garbage with it. I have about as much confidence in Symantec as I have in Dubya talking sense. Pah!!
