When i put it to charge i got a red light. I went to sprint to see what i could do. Since i did not get the warranty that was never offered to me. They told me to contact HTC. I called and they told me that i need a receipt and that they do not replace phones they fix them. So now i am out of a phone for two weeks. Do not buy this phone it sucks, not only does htc suck at customer support, the device runs slow, it would lock up when i got phone calls, it would freeze constantly. At this time i would day you get what you paid for but, the iphone is now cheaper. HTC sucks !!!!!! This phone sucks, I got one two months ago and one morning it would not turn on.
