<description>I have a new computer running vista. It came with a gig of ram and it's a Pentium dual-core E2140. I have another system running XP. I took the PCI card out of the older system and tried to i nstall it in the new system and it wouldn't work. It has a pci slot though. I then disconnected the monitor from the pci card and connected to the onboard vga and it still wouldn't boot up. When I removed the card altogether, then the new PC boot up fine. I think there is a PCI express slot in there as well, but it does have a regular PCI slot . Why won't my PCI graphics card work?

Thank you,
