I ordered the mailwasher upgrade when I purchased spysweeper, and it never did install properly on my desktop. I complained to Webroot, and then assumed they'd credit my card, but they didn't. They had the nerve later to send me a renewal message, and when I explained the situation, to: (1) confirm that I'd never d ownloaded or used mailwasher, (2) to chastise me for not staying on top of things, (3) to refuse to refund the fee for service they admittedly didn't provide, and (4) to request that I pay for a renewal!
