I just got a notification from my Trend Micro Anti Virus saying if found an
infected file: i[1].htm with the virus Mal hifrm and the action taken is
inacessible.? Is there anyway to remove this?

Every Anti-Virus has their own codes and personalized error messages as a way of dealing with detections of infected web pages or malicious sites.? The Mal Hifrm by TrendMicro the equivalent of a detection for a specific HTML page that has been compromised or a website that holds some malicious content.

When the Anti-Virus detects this type of website, it should normally block you from even loading the web page. ? When it detects a file on a system scan, its normally referring to a file stored in your temporary internet files.? Some say the solution is to delete or empty the contents of your temporary internet folder, but I never recommend just blindly deleting more then necessary, especially when it can do more harm then good.

Lets first clean out those temporary internet files safetly

Download – ATF Cleaner?
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It’s normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two

After, I always like to recommend a quick scan from Malwarebytes? Anti-Malware. It’s very important to understand and research the errors that pop up from your Anti-Virus.? While I would support a more generic and universal error message system between the popular Anti-Viruses, its just not feasible or a likely solution in the near future.
