Whenever I switched on my PC, I’ll get a ‘ Windows – No Disk , Exception
Processing Message C0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 475b6bf7c 75b6bf7c ‘ error. Can
anyone help me ?
The error messages that bother me most are similar to the one you posted. I hate having an error message pop up that has tons of letters and numbers to look up rather then displaying what the issue really means or relates to. If you break apart your error message, it could be related to the removal of an external media device, but parts of it also are looking for a hard drive or saying that your hard drive is corrupt! Before you start to panic, the error will not require a new hard drive, just a simple registry fix.
To fix the message, click on Start > Run.
Type in as regedit and click on ok
You will get a popup window as Registry.
Click on + sign at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Click on + sign at SYSTEM.
Click on + sign at CurrentControlSet.
Click on + sign at Control.
Click on Windows there.
Can you see ErrorMode key on the right side panel?
0X00000000(0)
Double click on ErrorMode and change the value data 2 and click on ok
After making these changes, reboot your computer and you should be error free! I’m still more into the research on how to prevent these types of errors, but my educated guess would have to be on removing media without properly ejecting the source such as USB keys or external hardware.

6this 'fix' only stops the error mess appearing on-screen every time... the error still takes place every 12 to 14 seconds or so in the background. Just look in your event log in computer management and you'll find the error has occurred tens of thousands of times since using this registry chnage. I have the same problem and am still on the lookout for a proper 'fix', but am convinced that the problem has it's roots in removing a usb device that is partitioned into two separate drives ( such as is seen with mobile internet sticks ) without using the safely remove hardware tool on the message bar.

8this error occurs on my computer whenever i connect a usb hardware.
printer, mouse, gamepad, flash disk, external hdd, laptop cooling fan, etc.
and whenever something is connected it always shows a drive F: in My Computer, but it can't be accessed unless the hardware is actually media.
For example, I plug in a mouse and it put a drive F:, but if I try and access it my system crashes and needs reboot.
wrap your mind around this. : s
thank god i only use windows once or twice a week.

12I have been working with Dell for months on getting an ESATA drive recognized. Recently a new motherboard was installed and when the computer was turned on I received the No Disk message. My problem is that the partitions on the hard drive hard drive(C:, D: for backup and V:) now all are magically designated as primary. I was told that I have to do a backup and a factory restore and then I have to restore my data as well as bringing all the software up to date. Since I did not get an explanation as to how these partions ended up labelled "Primary" I am concerned it will happen again. Any input will be very much appreciated.

15Hi.....thanks so much for the help. I did the regedit (with shaking hands, lol), and it worked. I believe I started to get the error message after an update to a new version of Advanced Windows Care Pro. However, all is well now, and thanks so much
