When I reboot, Windows Installer keeps trying (unsuccessfully) to install Total
Access Core Application.  I haven’t had EarthLink for a couple years and the
only way I can stop the installer from continually retrying is to use Ctrl- Alt-

My computer keep restarting at the loading screen, it won’t BSOD or anything,
