My computer desktop background has gone all black with red text on it warning me that my computer is in danger and I need to remove the spyware that is infected on it.? I believe the program is called WinBlueSoft that says it can fix the infection if I purchase it but it just seems to fishy to be true that the program on there is the one that will fix it.? Is this the actual tool to use or is it spyware itself?? How do I remove it?
You are absolutely right about your hunch that WinBlueSoft is a bad program itself and is malware for sure.? WinBlueSoft is a rogue software that uses false positive testing (that it implants on your system on its own) to state your computer is in danger.? It then asks you to purchase the software to remove the infection.
While this is not uncommon for spyware software like WinBlueSoft, it still requires immediate removal.
WinBlueSoft uses a file called blocker.dll to attach to some of your most vital processes of programs and startups that your computer needs to run.? At the same time, this is the same file that the program claims for you to remove; confusing yet its a never ending circle if you understand the magic of the scheme.
To remove this program, we’re going to use our trusty Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
Extra Note:If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately
Using this program will resolve your infection and restore your PC back to your normal state.? Good luck and thanks for bring the issue up.I was waiting for a user to submit a question on this one!
